With over 20 years of expertise in strategic management and digital transformation, Dave designs innovative tools that empower organizations globally. As a former Professor of Strategy and Digital Transformation at Strathclyde Business School, his work has shaped industry-leading frameworks.

Andy Mackay
Chief Operating Officer
Andy is an experienced transformation leader with a background in defence, technology, and infrastructure. Prior to co-founding SightGlass, he held senior roles delivering large-scale change across organisations such as BAE Systems, Capgemini, and Babcock. With expertise spanning strategy, data, and operational improvement, Andy ensures SightGlass solutions are grounded in real-world delivery and designed to create lasting value for clients.
